Welcome to Stems & Co. I am so happy you are here!  My online shop, based in Middletown, DE, showcases wreaths and home decor for every occasion.

Are your wreaths made with artificial materials?

Yes, all of my products are made with high quality faux fruit, florals, and greenery unless the listing details specify otherwise.  Occasionally pieces will include naturally dried elements which will be listed in the product description.  All purchases include a ‘Care Card’ with recommendations. 

Are your wreaths safe for outdoor use?

My wreaths are safe for outdoor use, however it is highly recommended to bring indoors during inclement weather.  Wreaths should not be exposed to heavy moisture or extreme heat conditions (such as being trapped between front door and storm door without ventilation). 

Each order is packaged with a Care Card listing recommendations to properly care for your purchase.

How do I order? 

Orders can be placed online via the website - For special requests with ordering please message me prior to placing online order to discuss details.

Do you make custom orders?

I would love to create something for you! As a fresh new business owner I want to be sure I can fulfill your requests and vision.  Please reach out and let me know what you have in mind for your custom piece and I am happy to help with the details. A  non refundable deposit is required for all custom orders.  The remaining balance will be billed to you prior to your item being shipped. 

Do you ship?

YES!  United States shipping estimates run 3-7 business days depending on carrier selected. Shipping rates are calculated prior to check out.

 

Can I pick it up in person?

Absolutely! Be sure to select ‘Pick Up’ when placing your order & we can coordinate this together as soon as your item is ready. 

 

What is processing period?

Processing period is the time I will need to prepare an order for shipping.              In general processing period is 7-10 business days, however can vary during peak seasons.  

 

Can I shop in person?

Select Stems & Co. wreath varieties are available for purchase seasonally, April - December, at The Market at Belaire located at 4098 Willey Drive Townsend, Delaware. 

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

Stems & Co. does not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges for purchases after the item is shipped or locally picked up. All items are handmade by myself and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
